The 35hp Hydraulic Power Pack is a high-capacity hydraulic power system engineered for the most demanding industrial applications requiring substantial flow and continuous operation. Powered by a 35 HP (26.1 kW) 4-stroke gasoline engine, this unit delivers 70 L/min at 210 bar working pressure, providing ample power for large-scale hydraulic tools including heavy breakers (up to 60 kg class), demolition shears, large pile drivers, high-torque hydraulic motors, and multiple simultaneous tool operations. The system features a tandem gear pump configuration with priority flow control, ensuring consistent oil delivery to primary circuits. The 45-liter reservoir with 10-micron full-flow filtration and a large-capacity thermostatic oil cooler maintains stable operating temperatures during extended use. The unit is mounted on a heavy-duty steel skid with integrated lifting eyes, forklift pockets, and heavy-duty pneumatic tires for site mobility. All hydraulic connections use ISO 16028 flat-face couplers for rapid tool changes.

This unit powers high-consumption tools requiring up to 70 L/min flow. Compatible with large hydraulic breakers (up to 60 kg class), demolition shears, pile drivers, high-torque motors, and multi-tool systems. The tandem pump with priority flow control enables simultaneous tool operation.
The 12-liter fuel tank provides approximately 3 to 3.5 hours of continuous operation at full load. Runtime extends to 5-6 hours under moderate load conditions. The engine features efficient fuel consumption for its power class.
The skid-mounted unit features integrated lifting eyes for overhead lifting, forklift pockets for mechanical handling, and heavy-duty pneumatic tires for manual positioning on flat surfaces. Total weight is 145 kg dry.
Safety features include a main pressure relief valve set at 230 bar, low-oil engine shutdown, thermal overload protection, emergency stop switch, and a heavy-duty roll cage that protects components during transport and operation.
The unit operates in temperatures from -5°C to 45°C. The large-capacity thermostatic oil cooler maintains optimal oil temperature during extended operation. For cold weather below 0°C, use winter-grade hydraulic oil ISO VG 32.
Check engine oil and hydraulic oil levels daily. Inspect hoses and couplers before each use. Change hydraulic oil and filter every 200 hours. Replace air filter as needed. Grease wheel bearings monthly. Inspect cooler fins weekly.
