The Mobile Hydraulic Power Pack System is a complete, integrated hydraulic power solution designed for field service, construction, and maintenance operations. The system combines a 4-stroke gasoline engine producing 8.0 kW with a variable-displacement hydraulic pump delivering 32 L/min at 210 bar working pressure. The pressure-compensated pump automatically adjusts flow to match tool demand, optimizing fuel efficiency and reducing heat generation. The 14-liter reservoir includes a 10-micron return line filter with bypass indicator, a sight glass for visual level checks, and a thermostatic oil temperature gauge. The system is mounted on a heavy-duty wheeled platform with a foldable handle, pneumatic tires, and a parking brake for secure positioning. The platform includes integrated tool storage, hose wraps, and a protective frame. All hydraulic connections use flat-face quick couplers with pressure relief for safe, rapid tool changes.

The complete system includes the engine, hydraulic pump, 14L reservoir, filtration system, wheeled platform with parking brake, tool storage tray, hose wraps, and two sets of flat-face couplers. Everything is pre-assembled and ready for operation.
The 6.0L fuel tank provides approximately 4 hours at full load and up to 6.5 hours under moderate load. The variable-displacement pump optimizes fuel consumption based on actual tool demand.
The 52 kg system features a foldable handle and pneumatic tires for single-operator transport. The parking brake secures the platform during operation. Lifting eyes enable mechanical handling when required.
Safety features include a pressure relief valve at 230 bar, low-oil engine shutdown, thermal overload protection, emergency stop switch, and a protective roll frame for component protection.
The system operates from -5°C to 45°C. For temperatures below 0°C, use ISO VG 32 hydraulic oil. The recoil start system is reliable in cold conditions.
Daily: check oil levels and inspect hoses. Weekly: clean air filter and check tire pressure. Every 200 hours: change hydraulic oil and filter. Monthly: grease wheel bearings and inspect parking brake.
